We teamed with Bellaire Young Mothers to collect bikes, toys, dresses, mattresses, and household goods for the Benning family in December 2009. Thank you to all who donated!

We have sponsored West U Little League teams.
Each September we also host "Kids Day International" for all children in the City of Houston! We have the Houston Police Department providing fingerprinting, a photographer who takes a free picture of your child, an optometrist who conducts vision screenings, a dentist who examines kids' teeth, booths to learn about the environment, and chiropractic check-ups. In addition there's food, balloons, games, face-painting, clowns, and lots of prizes - all for FREE! Please come back to this site to find out when the next "Kids Day" celebration is!
The doctors at West U Wellness stay very busy conducting free health talks and spinal screenings in the community. If you need their services for a health fair at your company or church, or if you are looking for a speaker on health and wellness, please contact them and they will be happy to come to your venue.
This past December, West U Wellness patients donated toys for the Marine Corps "Toys for Tots" program. For every toy donated, Dr. Yeager and Dr. Long gave the patient a free adjustment or exam. That's a lot of toys!
