I partially tore a tendon in my left shoulder.  I went to a orthopedic doctor how said I didn’t need surgery but I did need to do rehabilitation for a few months.  He gave me a handout with 4 exercise and said to get back with him if it didn’t improve.    After a month or so I haven’t seen any improvement, my shoulder still felt just as weak and I wasn’t able to sleep on my left side at all.   So I decide to get with Kelly to see what she had any recommendations.  After talking with her about what I had been doing she gave me a new more through list of exercises/stretches to work on.  After a week of following Kelly’s instructions my shoulder already felt stronger and I was able to sleep on my left side again!!   I feel amazingly better.  Thank you Kelly!
