Raising screens closer to eye level, using a proper chair and desk setup instead of couches and floors for extended screen sessions, and building in regular movement breaks all reduce the sustained postural load without requiring constant correction.
We also encourage parents to model the behavior they want, since kids are more likely to internalize posture habits they see practiced consistently than ones only mentioned as a rule. A shared "screen break, stretch break" routine tends to land better than a one-sided instruction.
